Planet Infrastructure Management Pvt. Ltd. recently commissioned a Tier-II data center for a state govt. body in Patna, Bihar and the scope of work of this Project comprises supply, installation and commissioning of various IT and Non-IT equipment that are all required to make the data center functional. This DC has built in 560 Sq.ft area and been equipped with Vertiv SmartRow solution for Non-IT and HPE products for all major IT components. It has 220TB high speed storage capacity to cater the IT application needs. We have completed this data center all installation and commissioning activities at rapid speed and made it functional within a month. Presently this DC is live, and the client is operating several GtoC & internal applications & services from it.

United Spirits Limited is in a beverage alcohol company with an outstanding collection of premium brands, as they have manufacturing units and sales offices pan India. This was a competition account which we penetrated for power business in the year 2018. Since then we have supplied more than 150nos of Rack Mountable UPS Systems to for their IT infrastructure. We sensed there is opportunity to sell Smart Solutions then we have given our Smart Solution presentation and invited United Spirits IT Head to Vertiv Bangalore office where your Bangalore teammates Mr. Mithun, Mr.Dawn & Mr.Sanjay Srinivas sold the concept to them and client was convinced. After this, we had a breakthrough for 22 locations and expecting few more in pipe line. On this success, the Ismart power team would like to thank the entire Vertiv team for support extended in closing this prestigious order in our favour against stiff competition.

Techvalley LLP

One of our customers, Advant IT Park in Noida has already closed Order for 2 x PAC (PDX015U) with the competition in February-2020. Vertiv has been trying to penetrate this account for the last two years but unable to close any order with them because of competitor’s rock-bottom prices. But we were in continuous touch with the Advant purchase and technical team. We enlightened them about Vertiv service strength, technology and due to tremendous follow-ups in lockdown they placed order on us after cancelling with the competitor. Thanks to Mr. Gaurav Tomar from Vertiv for timely response and cooperation.

Opto Audio Electronic Products Pvt Ltd

In April 2020 during Lockdown 1.0, we bagged an order for 259 nos of 3 KVA and 6 KVA UPS from a medical OEM for supply to various Covid-19 hospitals along with their equipment on a PAN India basis. There was tremendous pressure by the OEM to deliver the UPS and accessories within 30th April 2020 due to Govt requirement. The order was received by us on 16th April 2020 and dispatches started from 17th April 2020. The final dispatch was done on 25th April 2020. We were able to deliver the materials well within schedule other than 21 nos 3 KVA UPS to Kolkata which was delivered on 2nd May 2020.Among others we would sincerely like to thank Santos Padhi, Gopaji and Mr Jayesh Zala for their ownership and support in bagging and executing this order timely.

Fi-TEC had done the supply and installation of 20kVA ITA2 UPS system including electrical modification work at Southern Air Command, Trivandrum. Also, supplied and supported at different locations in Kerala more than 50nos of ITON CX1000 1kVA UPS and more than 100nos itON 600VA UPS for work at the home project of different IT companies like UST Global Trivandrum and Bangalore, Asianet Star Communications Pvt Ltd, Orion India Systems Pvt Ltd, Cochin. These extended supports have helped us to build a confident and strong relationship with customers, as well as our team during these times.
