Dear Vertiv India Team,
Kindly go through these instructions before inviting the customers/partners/internal trainees to visit the Vertiv Galería. From now on, these instructions need to be strictly followed.

DO'S & DON'T'S for Vertiv Galería.
Here are some of the "DO's" list for the Vertiv Galería

  1. The intimation of the customer visit along with the customer details should be communicated to aldo.dias@vertivco.com at least 7 days prior.
  2. We have placed an iPad at the inaugural stone just at the left of the entrance in the Vertiv Galería which has a customer registration page on it. The most important activity before browsing through the Vertiv Galería is to register every customer on the registration page which is configured on the iPad.
  3. We have placed wifi-connected tabs with stands on all the corners of the Vertiv Galería which has all the content related to our solution in the Thermal Management, Medium & High kVA UPS, DC Power/Telecom, Small & Micro UPS, ITMS, Industrial Power and Smart Solutions. These tabs have already been configured with the required documents and can be viewed at discretion by all the customers/partners.

Here are some of the "DON'Ts" list for the Vertiv Galería.

  1. Do not loiter inside the Vertiv Galería on phone-calls or for any-other reason without prior intimation.
  2. Do not “Switch On” any of the displayed equipment as these have only been configured to keep only the “Display Panel On”. If by any chance, you decide to “Switch ON” any of the unit, it shall be entirely your ownership for any damage to the equipment and associated ancillaries.
  3. Do not touch or play with the “Touch Screen Panel” in the Vertiv Galería as this has a pre-configured software with an access to data center applications that can be remotely monitored and managed.
  4. Do not fidget or play with the Tabs and the iPad as these are purely kept for the customers/partners/training purposes.
